While I will guide you into a relaxed theta state for hypnosis, I cannot guarantee you will reach it. If this state is not achieved, the session will be shifted to Reiki healing or 1x Healing Life Coaching, at no additional cost or refund, based on your needs.

The services that I render are held out to the public as non-therapeutic hypnotism, defined as the use of hypnosis to inculcate positive thinking and the capacity for self-hypnosis. I do not represent my services as any form of health care or psychotherapy, and despite research to the contrary, by law I may make no health benefit claims for my service.

Refund, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy:

When a class or session is scheduled with Light Messenger Ruby, that time is reserved exclusively for the student or client. Because most services are booked in advance—often on weekends—a cancellation or missed appointment means that the reserved time cannot be offered to another client, resulting in a direct loss of time and income for Light Messenger Ruby. For this reason, no refunds are issued if a student or client chooses to cancel. However, the full value of the class or service may be rescheduled or applied as a credit toward any of Light Messenger Ruby’s offerings. Credits may also be gifted to another person designated by the student or client.

Rescheduling requests must align with Light Messenger Ruby’s availability, and while LMR will do their best to accommodate, specific dates or times cannot be guaranteed.

No-Show Policy:

If a student or client does not attend their scheduled appointment and provides no prior communication, the session is considered a no-show. No-shows do not qualify for refunds, rescheduling, or credit transfers.

100% Refunds are only provided if Light Messenger Ruby must cancel and is unable to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.
